Qatar's ambassador to Vienna discusses with Austrian deputies the strengthening of bilateral cooperation between Qatar and Austria, especially between the Shura Council and the Austrian Parliament

H.E. Sheikh / Ali Bin Jassim Al Thani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Austria, met with H.E. Dr. Reinhold Lopatka, Vice-Chairman of the Austrian Federal Parliament's Foreign Relations Committee, and H.E. Andreas Schieder, Chairman of the Socialist Bloc in Parliament.

During the meeting, they exchanged views on the existing bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Austria, and discussed ways to boost and develop these relations between the two friendly countries in various fields, especially the strengthening of parliamentary contacts between the Shura Council in Qatar and the Austrian Parliament. Events developments in the Middle East were also discussed.
